The hotel is located all the way in the back, making it a bit isolated. The rooms weren't soundproof, and we could hear everything in the hallway, even footsteps. On the bright side, the staff were friendly and very focused on my satisfaction, but there were disturbances from other guests. The location was close to the Bloomin Bluegrass Festival, but the heavy police presence made it seem shady. The dining experience was better than expected, with a nice room and clean pool. Unfortunately, the breakfast quality was poor. Overall, the hotel needs improvement in some areas but offers good value for money.
